For me, before there was Weetzie, there was Gingerbread. If Gingerbread (AKA Cyd) is punk rock, then Weetzie is glam rock. These two girls are the essence of style for me. And if you don't know who these girls are, look them up. Weezie's last name is Bat.

So how about some homemade/marthastewart-esque fashion? It's the holiday season, and we three in Seattle are decorating our homes. We bought a tree, we hung some lights, we added ribbon. And then I made this lovely contraption: 

It's a wreath made out of a book I got, for free, on Halloween. It's a book all about love, and quotes about love and all you need is love. Anyway, basically, I cut out a Holly Leaf shaped stencil, and cut out the book. Then I glued them to a doughnut shape I cut out of a paper bag. I am a genius. Just saying. Now I have a year round wreath!
