Music Monday

Melissa:
So it's almost Christmas and I haven't gotten to hear any Christmas songs, really. Maybe it's because Seattle is so stinking PC that Christmas songs are kinda city-wide banded, in favor of "Happy Holidays". Which is great, except Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer doesn't give a damn if he's delivering Christmas Presents, Holiday Presents, or probably even Chanukah Presents. So in honor of the Holidays, Christmas, Xmas, Kwanza, or whatever, I'm posting a few of my Holiday favorites!

Silent Night (in Gaelic. Of course by Enya!)

Carol Of the Bells- by the Celtic Women. I love Celtic Women, laugh all you want.

"Oh Holy Night"- by Nsync. It's Rachel's favorite Christmas song, and I definitely saw this when it aired on TV.

Rachel:
Melissa knows me too well because it IS my favorite christmas song and I've never heard *NSYNC do it do that was a early X-mas present to me. Here are some of my other favorite X-mas songs.

Just because.

Only Burl Ives can sing this song in utter perfection.

Anything by Bing or Frank really.
Happy Kwanzahanachristmaska!
